This top I’m wearing was from the Off Price Show event at the Filinvest Tent. I bought it because I liked the simple caption printed on it.. Welcome to Paradise! So nice to say..



A skies the limit shopping without having to spend much.. That I think would be paradise for me, just imagine swimming in a sea of skirts, tops, dresses, beauty & skin products. Lol.



This Something Borrowed bag is from Zalora. Since that time I found hologram items being sold at Zalora, I have become obsessed with the brand Something Borrowed. If only I could shop at Zalora to buy all pieces of Something Borrowed!! Ahh.. that would be really great! Another paradise for me! Teehee~



I sound a very materialistic girl now, haha. What I really think of paradise, is being around the people we love. Being with my family & my friends is paradise. Being with the one I love is paradise.

Speaking of my special someone, our anniversary is coming up soon. I wonder what I could get him. Because a person who tries his best to make me happy should feel that he is loved and cared for as well. And a way to show that I love him too, is by giving him a gift.

Somehow, I’d like to think that little by little I am moving towards my dream of being a fashion designer and that I have God supporting me on this.

If you’ve seen my previous post, I’ve taken up sewing classes at FIP and enrolled to other classes as well. I’ve finished my Basic Sewing class, Basic Patternmaking for Ladieswear and Basic Fashion Design. I am currently taking up Fashion Merchandising, Children’s Wear and Advanced Fashion Design.

SOMA Stores is located on the first floor of Green Sun hotel. What’s there to see? The SOMA Stores is a pop-up collective featuring the fashion brands of young Filipino designers who had started business fresh from or still in school.

I got giddy seeing the Je Tuex Te Voir collection of Banggo Niu during the Manila Fashion Fest at the SOMA Stores.



Too bad I missed taking a photo of another brand, Salad Day they have really cute and quirky pieces that I would love to add to my pile. There are a few more great brands placed at the SOMA Stores.
I was able to talk to Anne, one of SOMA Stores rep and asked about the collective pop-up store. Apparently, rental to the SOMA Stores is free. They're just on a commission basis.

I love the fact that there is a place like this for Filipino designers. It’s a great venue for burgeoning brands and renowned labels in the industry. It encourages appreciation and growth for local retail, arts, and design entrepreneurs.

Thanks to SOMA Stores there is more exposure for young Filipino designers (which I hope to be part of, yes pleaseee!).

Patrick and I enjoyed looking through the racks filled with awesome designs by the brands of different Filipino designers. We both felt so inspired! Be inspired too! Check the store out if you’ll be going to the area or if you live near the place.

Hey there! I hope you missed me. Lol. This time I’d like to share my review with yet another online shop and the items I procured at The Little Emily Shop. This by the way is my first purchase from Little Emily Shop.




My package was delivered through Xend. Seven of the pieces I ordered is inside this turquoise pillow-ish plastic, come and join me in opening the Little Emily parcel!



Am I seeing clearly? Yes, they offer clothes for as low as P195! Let’s see how the quality of the items will be..

Well my plan is to avail the free shipping.

Okay so I’ve opened the parcel and hanged the clothes for aesthetic purposes. These are now the actual items. I wasn’t able to hang one more top coz’ I ran out of wooden hangers. I wonder where those hangers went.



I wore the Gray V Neck Relax top instead. I bought the same top but in blue color. This top is big (haha) but checking from the photos from Little Emily Shop it’s actually really loose. I am impressed by the quality of the items I bought from Little Emily Shop for a very affordable price.



I specially liked this skirt & top set! I thought the skirt was too small for me initially but it fit me well when I tried it on.



This plaid dress too! So nice!! I’m really happy with my loot from Little Emily Shop. For an affordable price I got nice looking pieces.



They even gave a free gift, a headband. Sweet! Thank you Little Emily Shop.

I’m actually browsing through Little Emily Shop while working on this entry and I’m tempted to make a second purchase. Come on, let’s do some shopping at Little Emily Shop!
